DESCRIPTION:Dear friends\, please join us at the July 14\, 2018\, Community Involvement Mobile Workshop for an open house and free 90 minute guided bus tours. We’ll be driving through the Fort Ord National Monument and will have stops at the areas burned on October 5\, 2017 as well as a tour of the (currently off limits to the public) Impact Area. This event is free.  No reservations are required. \nRAIN OR SHINE! \nTOUR DEPARTURE TIMES: \n\nEach tour is the same\, so pick a time that works for you. This is our most popular tour.  As such\, it is important that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to tour departure to secure your seat on the bus.\nTour 1:  10:00 a.m.\nTour 2: 11:45 a.m.\n\nTO GET THERE FROM HIGHWAY 1: Take exit 406 and stay on Lightfighter Drive.  Pass General Jim Boulevard.  Turn left onto 8th Avenue. Turn right onto Joe Lloyd Way. Building 4522 is at the end of the road.
