Fort Ord Superfund Site: 6th Five-Year Review

Five-Year Review Interview/Questionnaire 

The purpose of the Five-Year Review is to evaluate the implementation and performance of the remedy, and to confirm that human health and the environment continue to be protected by the remedial action that have been performed at the site.  This survey is being conducted as a part of the 6th Five-Year Review for the Fort Ord Superfund Site, covering the previous five year period. Surveys will be accepted through September 30, 2026. The 6th Five-Year Review will be completed in September 2027.
